What a tune-up includes
On every visit we lubricate all moving parts, test the door balance and the safety reverse, check and tighten the rollers, hinges, and track bolts, inspect the springs, cables, and opener, and finish with a written report and photos so you know exactly what we found. If we spot something that needs a repair, you get an honest, upfront quote with your member discount, never any pressure.
Maintenance plan questions
Does the plan include parts and repairs?
The plan covers scheduled maintenance, the tune-up itself. If a part needs replacing or a repair is needed, that work is billed separately, always with your member discount and an upfront price first.
What is the difference between the plans?
Essential is one visit a year. Plus adds a second visit, waives the service-call fee, and takes 10% off repair labor. Total Care covers both your garage door and your gate and increases the repair discount to 15%.
Can I cover both a garage door and a gate?
Yes. The Total Care plan is built for homes with both, covering your garage door and your driveway gate under one plan.
